Gurugram-based petcare startup Vetic has raised ₹224 crore in a Series C round led by Bessemer Ventures, with participation from LGF3, Acorn, and JSW Ventures. The funding will help expand its network to 65 centres by 2025. Founded in 2022, Vetic offers full-stack veterinary services and has served over 1 lakh pets across India.

India and Chile signed the terms of reference for a free trade agreement (FTA). The FTA, also known as Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement is set to expand the already existing trade agreement signed by the two countries in 2006. Digital services, investment promotion and cooperation, MSME, and critical minerals are among the areas of focus under the FTA, reports stated.

US retailer Walmart's plan to shift to India may be impacted by a low labour force at garment factories, Reuters reported. "Even if orders come, we need labour," said a Tamil Nadu factory which supplies underwear and t-shirts at $1 to US brands. This shortage would be advantageous for Bangaldesh, although US has imposed 37% apparel tariffs on the country.

Blood and Bookings won't flow together," he wrote on X. This comes after travel firms like Pickyourtrail, EaseMyTrip, WanderOn and Cox & Kings urged Indians not to travel to Turkey and Azerbaijan.

ThePrint reported that US' satellite company Maxar Technologies removed Pakistani company BSI as a listed partner following its report that Maxar started receiving orders for Pahalgam's satellite pictures since it acquired BSI, with the orders peaking months before the terror attack. BSI is owned by Obaidullah Syed, who was jailed in US. Maxar stated that orders didn't come from BSI.

The bank will review the findings through "an insider perspective" and will take "necessary" legal steps. IndusInd's CEO Sumant Kathpalia and Deputy CEO Arun Khurana stepped down from their positions in April.
