Ritesh Agarwal-led hotel aggregator OYO is postponing its third attempt at IPO after opposition from investor SoftBank and market volatility, Bloomberg reported. SoftBank reportedly disapproved of OYO's proposed October IPO, urging it not to go for an IPO until its earnings are stronger. OYO first filed for IPO in 2021 and then in March 2023, but later withdrew the application.

SEBI accused Gautam Adani's nephew Pranav Adani, son of Gautam's elder brother Vinod, of violating insider trading norms, Reuters reported. A SEBI notice to Pranav last year alleged he shared information about Adani Green's acquisition of SB Energy with his brother-in-law before the deal's announcement. Pranav said he was seeking to settle charges "to put an end to the matter".
