TCS has cut senior employees' variable pay by 69% in Q1 FY26, reports stated. This is TCS' third consecutive quarter of variable pay cuts as it reduced variable pay for senior employees by 20–40% in Q2 FY25 and by 30% in Q3 FY25. Additionally, TCS announced that it will postpone this year's wage increases, which it usually does in April.
