A US court has ordered Zoho Co-Founder Sridhar Vembu to furnish a $1.7-billion (₹15,300 crore) bond amid divorce dispute with estranged wife Pramila Srinivasan. The court also paused an asset transfer that would've shifted Zoho Corporation's operations to an entity owned by his associate. In 2023, Srinavasan alleged Vembu transferred shares to his family members, leaving him with 5% holding.
