According to the government data released in March, Uttar Pradesh produces the largest number of mangoes in India. The early estimates peg UP's production at 6172.38 metric tonnes, followed by Andhra Pradesh (4986.43 MT). The estimated mango production for 2025-26 for Karnataka, the third-most mango-producing state, is 1721.98 MT, followed by Bihar (1585.54 MT) and Gujarat (1272.64 MT).
