Vedanta on Thursday announced the ED has concluded search operations at the company's premises and that no penalty, restriction, or sanction has been imposed following the exercise. "There is no impact on financial, operational, or other activities of the company," it said. Vedanta added that the searches were conducted under the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999.
