The US Federal Reserve kept interest rates unchanged at a target range of 3.5% to 3.75% at its July policy meet for the seventh consecutive month. The decision was supported by nine out of 12 policymakers, while three voted for a quarter-percentage-point hike. Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh said the key goal is to keep inflation at a manageable level.
