In a court filing, US Customs and ‌Border Protection (CBP) said it cannot currently comply with the order to refund President Donald Trump-imposed reciprocal tariffs that Supreme Court ​ruled ​illegal. Agency's digital import processing system is "not well suited to a task of this scale", it said. CBP suggested it could begin refunds by late April after revamping its technology.
