A US federal appeals court on Wednesday refused to block the Pentagon's blacklisting of AI startup Anthropic over national security concerns for the time being. The Claude-maker has alleged that the US administration acted beyond its authority when it labelled Anthropic a national security supply-chain risk. This comes after a San Francisco court blocked the Pentagon's designation last month.
