Urban Company lost about ₹447 on every InstaHelp order it serviced in the fourth quarter of FY26, CEO Abhiraj Singh Bhal said. This figure is an increase of 17% from a ₹381 loss per order reported in the previous quarter. InstaHelp, Urban Company's 10-minute services unit, reported an adjusted EBITDA loss of ₹119 crore in Q4 FY26.
