Insurtech startup Turtlemint has submitted a revised Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to SEBI for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO). The public issue will include a fresh equity issue of ₹660.7 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 2.86 crore shares by founders and early investors.
