The Tata Trusts board meeting scheduled for Friday has been postponed to May 16. The boards of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Sir Ratan Tata Trust were set to review their representation on the Tata Sons board, along with remarks by the trusts’ Vice Chairmen on a possible public listing. This is the second time the meeting has been rescheduled.
