Accel, which has backed companies including Flipkart, Swiggy and Freshworks, has raised $650 million for its eighth India-focused fund. The size of Accel's latest fund is the same as its seventh fund, which raised $650 million back in March 2022. The new capital infusion will allow Accel to broaden its investments in India.
