Chennai-based SaaS startup SuperOps laid off around 60 employees from its nearly 100-member engineering team as part of an internal restructuring exercise for efficiency and streamlining operations, sources told Moneycontrol. The layoffs, accounting for about 30% of the total workforce, come amid the firm's shift towards an AI-first model. Affected employees have been given severance packages.
