Vivek Ramaswamy-backed Strive bought $50 million of Strategy STRC preferred stock and added 179 Bitcoin, taking its holdings to about 13,311 BTC. Michael Saylor said the move shows the Bitcoin capital stack is taking shape. Strive said income from STRC will support its Bitcoin-linked SATA product, whose dividend rate was raised to 12.75%.
