Wealthy.in, a Bengaluru-based wealth-tech startup, has raised ₹130 crore in a Series B round led by Bertelsmann India Investments. The funding will accelerate its AI-powered platform for mutual fund distributors, expand advisor onboarding to 50,000, and target ₹1 lakh crore AUM. Wealthy plans deeper growth in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets, building tech for independent wealth advisors.
