Real estate and mortgage platform Square Yards raised ₹900 crore in debt and equity transactions at a valuation of more than $1 billion, turning it into a unicorn company. Square Yards CEO Tanuj Shori said the company is planning an initial public offering. "This capital raise will provide us with the strategic firepower to accelerate our market expansion," he added
