New Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court summoned former CEO of Hindalco SK Tamotia and one other executive in a decade-old coal scam case. This comes after CBI found that Hindalco continued its mining operations beyond permitted mining plan and extracted around 5,291 kiloton of coal from 2004-2005 and in 2011. The summons is issued for criminal breach of trust and fraud.
