Debris from a SpaceX rocket that exploded in January had put two commercial airliners and a private jet at risk, the WSJ reported. The aircraft, carrying roughly 450 passengers in total, flew through a temporary no-fly zone due to low fuel and limited diversion options. SpaceX hadn't immediately notified the US Federal Aviation Administration about the explosion.
