SoftBank has sold a 2.15% stake in Ola Electric through open market transactions, according to a regulatory filing. Through its investment vehicle SVF II Ostrich (DE) LLC, SoftBank offloaded nearly 9.5 crore equity shares between September 3, 2025 and January 5, 2026. The stake sale reduced SoftBank's holding in the electric vehicle maker to 13.53%.
