Silver prices rose ₹15,000/kg to hit a record high of ₹2.86 lakh/kg on Wednesday, according to All India Sarafa Association. This is the fourth consecutive session that silver prices have jumped, rising ₹42,500/kg from ₹2.43 lakh/kg on January 8. Meanwhile, gold prices also jumped for the fourth consecutive session, rising ₹1,500 on Wednesday to an all-time high of ₹1.46 lakh/10grams.
