Silver prices in India tumbled by nearly ₹1.5 lakh in just 19 days, falling ₹1,47,033/kg from ₹3,79,988/kg on January 29 to ₹2,32,955/kg on February 17. According to India Bullion and Jewellers Association, gold prices also dipped ₹23,475/10 grams in the same period to ₹1,51,865/10 grams. In one month, silver prices dipped by ₹48,935/kg, while gold prices jumped by ₹10,272/10 grams.
