Extending its rally for a fifth straight session, silver hit a new all-time high on Friday in the futures market. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), silver futures for the March 2026 contract jumped ₹8,951, or 4%, to an all-time high of ₹2,32,741 per kg. Notably, silver prices have risen ₹29,176, or 14.33%, since December 18.
