Sensex and Nifty opened lower in the pre-market session on Friday. The Nifty opened 415 points lower, below the 24,500 mark, while the Sensex saw a drop of over 1,200 points in the early minutes of trading. All 30 components of the Sensex were in the red, with Adani Ports falling as much as 2%.
