SAMHI Hotels entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Ingka Centres to lease a 162-room upscale hotel in Sector 51, Noida, part of a 2.5 million sq ft mixed-use development. Ingka Centres will lease the structure, while SAMHI Hotels will invest in interior fit-outs, with brand to be finalised later.
