Figure CEO Brett Adcock said robots now outnumber humans at the US-based robotics startup. He shared a graph titled 'Headcount vs Robots', showing that the number of robots remained close to zero until Q1 2025 before rising sharply to around 740 by Q2 2026. Adcock said Figure employs around 314 salaried workers, while the rest are contract or hourly employees.
