Fugitive diamond trader Mehul Choksi, accused in Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam, has been denied bail again by a court in Belgium, officials said. The bail plea was rejected on reasons conveyed by CBI to Belgian prosecution that Choksi may flee to another country if let out on bail. Choksi's earlier bail plea was also rejected by Court of Cassation.
