Punjab National Bank (PNB) has approved a massive ₹3,400 crore technology and AI investment plan to strengthen cybersecurity, fight digital fraud, and modernise banking operations. The bank is expanding AI-driven fraud detection, predictive analytics, and automated customer services while sharply increasing cybersecurity spending amid rising concerns over AI-powered cyber threats.
