Patel Engineering Ltd received two LOIs from Saidax Engineers for SECL's Jhiria West OCP project in Bilaspur, involving Composite Work Overburden Removal, rehandling, coal cutting through surface miner and coal transportation. The domestic contracts total ₹798.19 crore, require plant hiring, diesel supply, full maintenance and have an execution period of 9 years.
