Paytm's net profit nearly halves in July-Sept despite revenue rising 24%

Paytm-parent One 97 Communications saw its net profit dip by a massive 98% YoY in the July-September 2025 period from ₹930 crore to ₹21 crore. This comes despite the company's revenue from operations rising 24% YoY from ₹1,660 crore in July-September 2024 to ₹2,061 crore in July-September 2025. One 97's EBITDA rose from -₹404 crore to ₹142 crore.
