OpenAI is developing an AI-powered hiring platform for businesses to connect with employees, a service that would put the outfit in close competition with LinkedIn, TechCrunch reported. The service is called 'OpenAI Jobs Platform', and will likely launch by mid-2026. OpenAI is currently working with Walmart, Accenture and Boston Consulting Group to help people find jobs using AI.
