Apple's recent trade secret theft lawsuit against OpenAI accused the ChatGPT maker of poaching more than 400 employees from the company. "That OpenAI now employs people who were once entrusted with Apple's trade secrets does not entitle OpenAI to use that information to jumpstart its hardware efforts," the lawsuit said. It also called OpenAI's hardware business "rotten".
