OpenAI plans to invest up to $1.5 billion in a new joint ​venture, internally known as DeployCo, with private equity firms, Financial Times reported. It will initially invest $500 million into the venture, expected to be valued at about $10 billion, as per the report. The venture is designed to deploy OpenAI’s technology across companies managed by private equity firms.
