NBCC India sold 560 residential units in Greater Noida through an e-auction for a total sale value of ₹1,153.13 crore, an exchange filing stated. Additionally, the company sold 1,185 units for ₹1,504.7 crore in another e-auction in Greater Noida on April 9. These sales will reportedly help fund ongoing projects, including the completion of stalled Amrapali Projects.
