Nazara Technologies plans to divest its non-core businesses such as esports and adtech as it shifts focus to its higher-margin gaming operations, Moneycontrol reported. Founder Nitish Mittersain said segments including adtech and esports have struggled to generate strong margins and cash flow. Nazara currently owns Absolute Sports, which operates sports media brands including Sportskeeda.
