Modine Manufacturing jumped after it agreed to merge its Performance Technologies unit with Gentherm in a $1 billion tax-free Reverse Morris Trust deal. Modine will receive about $210 million in cash and refocus on Climate Solutions, including data center cooling, while retaining a 40% stake in the combined company.
