Mehli Mistry, one of late industrialist Ratan Tata's close associates, has resigned from the board of RNT Associates, the investment company founded by the former Tata Sons Chairman, Moneycontrol reported. Mistry submitted his resignation on June 30 and stepped down as a director on July 1. He said he was leaving due to the "preoccupation with my other commitments".
