Bengaluru-based logistics start-up Porter has laid off around 300-350 employees, roughly 18% of its workforce, in a restructuring move, reports said. Affected employees will receive severance pay, extended health coverage, and career transition support, they added. The move comes as the company looks to merge its truck and two-wheeler delivery units to eliminate redundancies.
