Lenskart has released a standardised in-store style guide after outrage over its policy banning bindi and tilak at work while allowing hijab and turban. The guide lists bindi, tilak, sindoor, kalawa and mangalsutra among items permitted for its retail store employees. The eyewear brand faced boycott calls on social media over the earlier policy.
