Keya Salot, a former corporate lawyer, transitioned into farming by cultivating microgreens and later exotic berries with her husband, Vimal Salot. Their venture, Farm2Fam, now operates on 20 acres in Talegaon, Pune, producing 135 tonnes annually. Employing 75 people, the company supplies premium berries to major retailers and plans to impact 500 farming families soon.
