A Karnataka man claimed on Reddit that the tenant of his commercial property is demanding ₹3.5 lakh from him to vacate despite the rent agreement expiring one year ago. The owner said the tenant hasn't appeared for most court hearings, despite being the one to file the lawsuit, and hasn't paid rent in one year. "I feel trapped," he said.
