Karnataka contributed 41% of India's total software exports, the highest among all states, PTI reported. It also accounted for 24% of the country's overall exports, retaining the top position nationally. In merchandise exports, Karnataka ranked fourth with a 7.78% share, behind Gujarat, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. The figures were shared at the State Level Export Promotion Committee meeting.
