JioBlackRock AMC is entering India's mutual fund market with digital distribution, systematic active investing and products aimed at portfolio diversification. CEO Sid Swaminathan said the venture combines BlackRock's investment technology with Jio's consumer reach. Its plans include hybrid funds, specialised investment funds and international investment products through GIFT City.
