Jio Financial Services plans to set up a private credit venture with the world's largest asset manager BlackRock, Bloomberg reported. The 50-50 joint venture will lend to businesses ranging from large companies to startups. Both firms already have two joint ventures in mutual fund and broking businesses. The mutual fund venture received SEBI's in-principle approval this month.
