Infosys has let go of 240 trainees who failed final assessments but is offering a support package including one months salary, travel allowance, free accommodation, and external training. The company has partnered with NIIT and UpGrad to help these individuals explore career opportunities in IT and BPM sectors, as it plans to hire 20,000 freshers in FY26.
