IndiQube Spaces Limited has received SEBI's approval to raise ₹850 crore through an IPO. The offer includes a ₹750 crore fresh issue and a ₹100 crore offer for sale. Funds will be used for capital expenditure, debt repayment, and corporate purposes. The company manages 103 centres across 13 cities and reported ₹867.6 crore in total income for FY24.
