Fractal Analytics, first Indian AI startup to become a unicorn by attaining $1-billion valuation in 2022, has filed its draft IPO prospectus with SEBI to raise ₹4,900 crore. About 75% of the offer has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors and 10% for retail investors. Of the total offer, ₹3,620.7-crore is an offer-for-sale by existing investors.
