Hiring platform Eightfold, founded by Indian-origin duo Ashutosh Garg and Varun Kacholia, has been sued for scoring job seekers without informing them, an unlawful act in US. The suit, by two job seekers including an Indian-origin woman, claims Eightfold's talent profiles include personality descriptions like "team player" and "introvert". The duo sued Eightfold after they failed to secure jobs.
