Healthcare AI startup Commure has raised $70 million in a funding round led by General Catalyst, valuing the company at $7 billion. Existing investors including Sequoia Capital, Morgan Stanley and Kirkland & Ellis also participated. Founded by Indian-origin entrepreneurs Tanay Tandon and Deepika Bodapati, the firm develops agentic AI tools that automate administrative tasks for healthcare systems.
