US President Donald Trump has once again claimed India has "offered to cut tariffs (on US goods) to nothing", days after Trump's penalty tariffs on India came into effect. He, however, added, "But it's getting late. They (India) should've done so (cut tariffs) years ago." Trump also said US is India's "biggest client" but America sells "very little" to India.
